Wir wenden natürliche Kulturmethoden an und respektieren die Zyklen. Auf Lehm-, Kalk- und Siltböden fanden wir Parzellen, die die Mineralität des Chasselas, die Fruchtigkeit des Pinot Noir oder die Struktur des Gamaret am besten zum Ausdruck bringen.
